Homework Help for Older Kids

Last time I talked about good databases for younger kids, but what about junior high and high school, when the homework gets more complicated and kids need to write longer reports? The library has even more databases that have trustworthy and accurate homework help. eLibrary has easy-to-search magazine and newspaper articles including images, audiovisual materials, and television news transcripts. History paper due? Try History Study Center. How about a pro/con paper or a debating team? Opposing Viewpoints makes it easy to find both sides of a controversy. Literature papers are well-covered by Gale Artemis: Literary Resources and ProQuest Learning: Literature. High school students can even take six-week, online classes that will help them prepare for the SATs or ACTs by signing up for Gale Courses.
