State Government Resources

Database: Science In Context

science_in_contextWhen the library asked the school district what type of databases would support their curriculum the most, a science database was at the top of their list. Science in Context features articles, images, and media sources on a wide variety of scientific topics. You can easily search or browse for topics – such as cloning, pandas, or radiation – and find news, encyclopedia articles, and even radio programs and sample science experiments for many of them. Teachers and parents can check out the Curriculum section for state standards and Resources for lesson plans and exercises.
