Meeting rooms
All library branches feature attractive and functional public meeting rooms that are available for public use.
Meeting rooms are available for use, free of charge, during open library hours and you can book the room yourself using the scheduling tool below. For the best booking experience, we recommend using Chrome (preferred), Firefox or Safari.
Simply click on the time and location you would like to reserve. After entering your email address, enter the details of the meeting in the notes including hosting organization, number of expected attendees, and any special set-up requirements (scroll beyond the calendar for meeting room descriptions and capacities). Need more instructions? See this handy guide.
The fine print: A valid email address is required to book a room. All groups using Spokane Public Library meeting rooms must read and follow the Meeting Room Policy. No products, services, or memberships may be advertised, solicited, or sold. The library does not provide computers for meeting room use. You may book a room 48 hours to two months in advance. No group may have more than 3 events on the calendar at any one time. We reserve the right to cancel your meeting (with notice) if our Meeting Room Policy is not followed.
