Storytime @ the Library

The Library offers many firsts for young learners growing up in the world! One of the first steps to becoming a lifelong learner is when a child comes to storytime. Storytime Play & Learns occur multiple times a week at our libraries and are integral for the development of motor skills, word comprehension, and early literacy. There’s singing, dancing, and shouting to encourage young learners to grow. The library offers four different types of storytimes:

  • Baby Storytime for babies age 0-18 months
  • Toddler Storytime for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years
  • Kindergarten Countdown Storytime for preschoolers ages 3 to 5
  • Family Storytime for families and guardians to enjoy with kids up to age 5
