All youth 18 and under can now get Rider’s Licenses at any local library location and ride the bus for FREE with Spokane Transit Authority! When you come to the library, there are a few things you will need to know:
- Any student can ride the bus for free by showing their student ID to the bus driver
- If you do not have a student ID, you can visit any local library to pick up a Rider’s License
- The student must be present when picking up the Rider’s Licenses
- Any youth ages 13+ will need to bring some form of ID
- The Rider’s License is active from when the student picks one up until they turn age 19
