Exam Proctoring

Exam proctoring is available at all Spokane Public Library locations except The Hive. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exams are offered at Central Library.

What the Library Provides

• Authorized staff to proctor exams.
• A designated testing space (based on availability).
• A laptop or computer, if needed (based on availability).
• Support for most online testing platforms.
• Options to return completed exams via mail, fax, or scan/email.

What You Need to Do

• Schedule in advance: Contact the library at least 14 days ahead of your desired test date to ensure availability of a room, laptop, and proctoring staff.
• Provide any required testing instructions or credentials for your exam.
• Bring or send a properly addressed return envelope with sufficient postage or provide a fax number or email address for returning your completed exam.

Additional Notes

• Testing space, laptops, and staff scheduling are limited and fill quickly, especially at high-demand locations and seasons.
• Early scheduling helps ensure we can meet your testing needs.
