Do you like cooking or experimenting in the kitchen? Now is your chance to show us what you’ve got! On March 26 at Indian Trail and on March 27 at Liberty Park, the Spokane Public Library is hosting its first ever teen cooking competition.
In teams of two, participants will choose from a selection of ingredients to make a dish of their choosing, win the judges’ favor, and take home a prize. The twist? They will only be able to cook their creation in a waffle iron. This program will be organized into two rounds. In one round, patrons will get creative and hopefully create a delicious dish, and in another round, patrons get to taste and judge the creations of the other contestants!
