Have you ever had a late night craving to read a new book or pick up a free movie to watch? Or maybe it’s just too far of a commute to get to the library and you want your item now. With the 24/7 Library Kiosks, accessing materials has never been so convenient! The kiosks are like giant book vending machines and are full of books and movies suitable for people of all ages. Use your library card to browse, check out, and return items – all in one spot!
Four new kiosks, funded by the 2018 bond, will be installed in areas around the City that may be further away from traditional library locations. Two locations are currently open, while two more are on the way! The West Central Kiosk was installed in 2018 and funded through private grants and locations.
Artwork on the four new kiosks was created in partnership with Spokane Arts and local artist, Danielle Davis.
