FREE MEETING ROOMS VS. SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS

Not every gathering requires a paid rental.

You do NOT need a special event rental if your event:

  • Takes place during library hours
  • Is free to attend
  • Does not require catering or external vendors

Examples include:

  • Book clubs and meetings
  • Classes or lectures
  • Birthday parties or showers
  • Crafting groups
