The Washington Administrative Code (WAC), contains the regulations written by the Executive branch in response to the laws the Legislature creates. There is a subject index in volume 12.     A new edition is issued every three years with supplements issued each year between new editions.

Washington State Register. Updates the WAC. 24 issues a year. In Reference at the Downtown Library. Call Number: R348.797 WASHING. Each issue has a cumulative index and a table of WAC sections affected by the new regulations. Each year the new regulations are compiled into the WAC supplement volume or into the next revision of the WAC. Search the Washington State Register on the Internet.
